Starting something new is easier when the first week has a plan. Here is a calm way to set up Nuyoo and build momentum.

Set up your account

After you confirm your subscription on your mobile, create your Nuyoo account and add a few details about your goals, body type and where you are starting from. This is what lets the platform tailor your training programme rather than handing you a generic routine. Take a couple of minutes here — the more honest you are about your starting point, the better the plan fits.

Pick a realistic first week

You do not need to train every day to make progress. Three or four sessions in week one is plenty, mixing a couple of short HIIT routines with a gym or bodyweight workout. Use the 225+ demonstration videos to check your form before you add intensity, and keep early sessions short enough that you finish wanting to do more.

Sort one thing in the kitchen

Nutrition does not have to change overnight. Browse the recipe collection, save two or three meals with macro breakdowns that suit your goal, and cook one of them this week. Small, repeatable wins beat a complete overhaul you cannot sustain.

Keep the momentum going

The weekly coaching and motivational videos are there for the days you would rather skip. Watch one, do a short session anyway, and let consistency do the heavy lifting. If anything feels off physically, stop and check with your doctor before continuing.
