High-intensity interval training packs a real workout into a short window — which is exactly why it suits a full calendar.
Why short sessions work
HIIT alternates bursts of hard effort with short recoveries. Because the effort is concentrated, you can get a meaningful session done in a fraction of the time a long gym visit takes. For anyone juggling work and family, that difference is often what makes training happen at all.
No gym, no problem
Many of the routines on Nuyoo are bodyweight HIIT — squats, lunges, mountain climbers and similar moves that need no equipment and very little space. The demonstration videos show each movement, so you can follow along at home and keep your form honest even when you are pushing the pace.
Build intensity gradually
Start with the work-to-rest ratios in your plan and add intensity over time rather than all at once. If you are new to it, longer recoveries are completely fine. The goal is to finish the session having worked hard, not to be unable to move the next day.
Listen to your body
HIIT is demanding, so warm up properly and stop if you feel faint, dizzy or short of breath. Nuyoo is a fitness service, not a medical provider, so check with your doctor before starting an intense programme — especially if you have any health concerns.
